Hey Red,CJ or any other Jersey person,

Maybe you could help me with this, How do I get to Swartswood lake from Warren County, I went to Mapquest and got the general directions. It tells me to follow CR 521 all the way there and go to West Shore Drive.

Do you know where the Ramp is located? It appears there are two portions of the lake which are state park land, one is much bigger than the other.

How is the parking and the launch? Is it tough to launch and recover on your own?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Chris

Tom,

Thanks - Yes we are having a tourney in the fall up there.

What did Monte have to say?

We have a tourney next week in Rising Sun, PEE UUU, I hope they change it

The shortest way is 521 north. The good ramp is on the east side. Go past the lake and go east on 622, 1st right go south. Pass the beach area look for the launch sign on the right 1/3 mile.

Ramp drops off suddenly. Won't cause any damage but pull out slowly.

CJL & Tom Mac....I made it up to Hopatcong this afternoon/evening...Rain around us in the mountains but we stayed dry..it just missed us...The pickerel and panfish were hitting but not the bass, even in my sure to get a fish spots!
