So I've read and seen videos about the process of breaking in a new outboard, and it seems simple enough. But... Does that mean the first time I take my new boat out, I'm going to have to spend the first two hours driving around and not fishing? Do the steps for the first two hours mean two continuous hours? Or can I do like 20 minutes of it, stop and fish on the trolling motor, do 20 more minutes and repeat until I hit 2 hours of outboard time?

Thanks. That's what I was hoping. No angler is excited to take their new boat out and drive around in circles for two hours. This is going to be my first new boat, although I've had an older boat before.
