My motor is a 2001 Mercury 90 hp ELPTO serial number OT332124.

I am replacing my water pump impeller and gaskets and was wondering if anyone knows the impeller housing bolt torque and the lower unit nut torque.

Didn't your rebuild kit supply you with the torque specs? All the ones I have purchased did.

as far as the torque go's on those bolts and nuts on the water pump housing 10 ft lbs and the lower unit nuts are 35 ft lbs both should have water proof grease added before install.
