I have a 1997 Tracker Pro Deep V17. I believe my bilge pump has quit working. Does anyone know where the pump is located on the boat and can give a novice like me some tips on how to replace it. Any tips and pointers are appreciated. Thanks.

Replacing it is relatively easy. Could me Mayfair now Johnson pump. Most just twist out and twist back in. Bilge pump may be screwed down at back of boat. Mine is under batteries. Also check to see if your fuse is blown. Could save some $$.

Follow the discharge hose and you will found the pump... On some boats you can found it under the batteries or under the gas tank... They are very easy to install, too match the right one, just made sure that you purchase the one with the right hose ID sized, other than that 500 GPH pump would do for your boat / I like the rule brand / My has being since the boat was made back in 2000 and still strong...;)
