Bass Tracker 195 TWX trailer brake upgrade option

For a 2020 model boat, dealer wants $445 for the trailer, what does this include and worth the extra cost? Towing vehicle is 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee 2WD.

I would purchase the brake option. Even though it is a light boat a little extra braking doesn’t hurt.
