I have a 50x100 interior lot at Holiday Villages on Lake fork for sale in a gated/gaurd division.
Holiday Village has 2 private boat docks with fishing piers, swimming pool, hot tub and club house for landowners.
Located on HWY 154 just down the road from the Minnow Bucket Marina. Very private, gated community.
Has electric on it
City water and sewer are available
Close to clubhouse, centrally located at the resort community
I want to sell it or trade it for a truck.
The lot is valued at $6000. I will take $4000 cash firm or trade for a truck.
What I want is a 97 or newer Chevy or GMC, extended cab 2wd or 4wd.
If you have another truck make an offer.
It needs to be a daily driver in good condition.
