3 plugs?

Hi all, can someone tell me what these 3 lower plugs go to on my 1993 nitro 180tf

Left to right: livewell, bilge “water in boat bottom”, maybe the 2nd livewell. Note there is a special plug for the bilge the orings rot out and need to be replaced.

Ok thank you for that info, what about the one above the 3 on the bottom? I need to buy plugs for all those holes as the ones I have now are all dry rotted
