2008 Z7 Slow To Plane

I have a 2008 Z7 with 150 optimax and 8" jackplate with 2 talons mounted has a 24 tempest what would be a better prop pitch

Those Talons are very heavy and in 2008 Nitro was in the process of changing the hull to plane faster. What's the max RPM's with the 24p? Your good to 5800 max and does your jack plate have a bottom plate covering the bottom they call it a plane plate and that depends on the jack plate.
