2004 PT 185 recirulation problem

Both aerator and recirculation pumps worked fine.
Now recirc pump won't work in manual or auto.
The recirc pump will on,y work in auto mode when aerator pump is in auto mode.
Checked the fuses, replaced the switch.
Don't know how to check the timer.
Totally lost.
Also my first post be kind.

Could possibly be a bad wire on pump, if the switch and fuses have been replaced it’s more than likely the pump or low battery voltage.
