Hi,
I own a 'classic' Nitro NX750DC. Build in 2000 (not sure) The 90 Mercury two stroke is from 1998. I live in Europe (Netherlands) and imported it in 2007. It still has a 'Waypoint Marine San Antonio' decal on the back. So I believe they were the original dealer/seller.
Over the years I upgraded a lot of stuff.
Currently I have a One Boat network with: Solix12 SI G2, Solix12 SI G1, Helix10 SI G3, mega 360 on a RAM mount/pole, Ulterra 80 mega DI, Talon 12ft, JaroCells Lithium 2x24v/50, 12v/120 (also crank battery, no more lead/acid in my boat).
Exterior upgrades: New carpet (2019) New seats ( BassBoat seats 2019). Sponsor Wrap '2020'. Riplip covers for my Birds. Boss sound system with 200w amp. In 2018 I totally renewed the wiring and fusebox ( added and extra one)
My Mercury 90 is still goind strong. Only had a start relay malfunction (had to be renewed) and a changing system (renewed too) Mailfunction in 14 years.
The original trailer got to rusted to drive safely. I bought a stainless steel 'VanClaes' trailer with gyro rollers in 2014. No rust no more and I can walk around the boat on the trailer ( see pics) We trailer a bit different here in Europe. Trailer ramps are way smaller and you usually can't drive the whole trailer in. That's why got the gyro system.
I fish for pike, Zander(eu walleye) and perch. I also fish a few tournaments each year. But due to Covid it has been two years since my last tournament.
Cheers!
Arjan

Do you really get a chance to fish her, or do the "talkers and Gaucher's" take up all your time?

Hi Arjan, I'm also an owner of NX750 DC with 135 Merc up in Canada.
How well does your boat plane with the talon on? I'm wanted to get 1, but worried that it won't plane due to the weight.

Thanks in advance!

Getting on plane is not a problem at all with the Talon. I feel the difference between an empty and full fueltank much more.

Ha ha! True on some days. Some are truly interested but many just start ranting about their own fantastic boat and why they really don't need a boat like mine 🤔
