Boat looks a little rough, Motor needs some minor work, Electrical has been hacked and patched in several places. Took it out a couple days ago and the boat was moving slow, Engine was running at 2000 RPM with the carbs wide open. Checked the pitch on the prop and seen it was a 21 pitch, told them to get another prop with a 17 or 15 pitch. Installed new prop yesterday, he's taking it out today. Should do a lot better, will find out later. Will post photo's later.
