BMFH… there’s a Tiny Boat Nation affiliated shop less than 3 hours from me. The shop owner told me if I could get the boat to him he’d be glad to take a look at it. He said basically that if his estimate is too steep for me, he’d advise me on specifics for a DIY approach. As of right now everything buttoned up and stowed as well as possible. I’m going to try to get over to him at the end of the week. I feel like either way it’ll be a big step closer to getting back on the water.

UPDATE!!!!
OKAY…so it’s been quite awhile. I ended up not going to the TBN shop. I used someone closer to where I live. Everything has worked out so far. Guy does great work and for very reasonable prices! Check out his handiwork here:
