    Upgradiny My Trolling Motor

You will probably need to change out the wiring unless your boat is a model that commonly had a factory upgrade from 12 volt to 24 volt. I would look into it a little more. You don't want to starve your motor for power or overload the wiring. Sent from my BBE100-4 using Tapatalk

Issues With New 2019 Nitro Z21

Terrible situation! I would hope top management would want to know about this and make it right. I have bought a few Tracker boats over the years and only had a problem with my current boat: The motor trim gauge wire was not attached, the rope cleats became loose and moved a little, and the...

    Big Bass Bash

The fishing was tough at the Big Bass Bash. My son and I had a great weekend fishing together, but only caught a couple smaller fish. There is always the Spring BBB to look forward to now. We will probably head down for a weekend in November yet to try for some bass and crappie. Sent from my...

    2012 Nitro Z7 Owner

Welcome! I grew up with Jon boats and then had a few pontoons before going to my first bass boat this year. Glad I did...no regrets. Speed, fishability, and storage are great! Hope you enjoy it! Sent from my BBE100-4 using Tapatalk

    2020 Nitro Z18 Pro-my First Glass Boat

That is a big upgrade in stability and ride quality, and speed of course! My friend has a 2012 and he still really loves it. Sent from my BBE100-4 using Tapatalk

    Big Bass Bash

Thanks for the words of wisdom! We are staying on the Lake by the Grand Glaze Bridge so we don't have to mess with the boat ramp every morning. That will take some stress out of the picture. My 5 year old son is fishing with me and he is as excited as I am. Sent from my BBE100-4 using Tapatalk

    Big Bass Bash

Anyone fishing the Big Bass Bash in a couple weeks at Lake of the Ozarks? This will be my first time in that tournament. Sent from my BBE100-4 using Tapatalk

First Nitro Boat 2019 Z21 Pro!

I have the 80 lb Ultrex and really like it. I am able to spend more time fishing now. I have not found a need for the talons yet since I mostly fish Ozark lakes that are very deep and rocky, but I am sure they would be handy in some of the shallow lakes I could occasionally try. Sent from my...

First Nitro Boat 2019 Z21 Pro!

That's a beauty. I am sure it rides like a Cadillac and flies down the lake like a rocket. Does it have the 250 hp on it? What kind of electronics? Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk

    Scuffed Up Lower Unit

Looks like metal or sharp rocks would be the culprit.. I generally only put in on Ozark lakes that are really deep, so my best chance of scuffing is at the boat ramp while trying to get on or off the trailer. Do you get shallow much? It would bother me to have the lower unit all...

    New Nitro Z20 Owner

Brien, you have a nice boat and nice electronics! I currently have Lowrance Hook2 units so I am not much help to you. If you want to learn more in general about using fishfinders, try visiting the YouTube page for Fish the Moment. Johny is young, but a great teacher on using fishfinders to...

    Help Picking First Boat

I owned a Tracker V175 with a 90hp for a couple years and really liked it. I presently own a Tracker 195 TXW bass boat, but seriously looked at the Targa 18 and Z19 Sport before deciding on a pure fishing boat. I think you can ski or tube behind either the Z19 or V175 and the family will be...

    How Do You Use Trim?

I would ignore the trim gauge for now. Bring the motor all the way down/in before you take off. Give it a decent amount of throttle and the bow will rise and the boat will then plane out. Once on plane, you will immediately start raising up the motor to get on the back pad which will give you...
