In your Boat and Engine diagram, you have a Purple/Red wire that's listed as Not Used. I also have that same wire that originates at the fuse panel and disappears into the harness to destination unknown. Ever figure out what is was intended for?

Did it happen gradually or suddenly? Not to sound obvious but did you make any changes right before it started happening like motor height or add weight? Do you have even weight distribution? Did you change the prop?

I've done it with my 90hp 700lx. That motor will struggle but it'll do it. Use a harness to connect to your transom eyes then connect the tow line to that.

Yep, I'm over in the very NW corner but Liberty Lake is just south of one of our tiger musky lakes. Love that side of the state.Nice and dry lol
