After idling for 15 to 20 minutes , motor quit as if it ran out of gas. Tank was 1/2 full. Reach back and primer bulb was soft. Primed and restarted motor. No more issues but I haven't idled for an extended period of time either. What happened?

Thanks for the response! I'm gonna have it checked out. I've had my doubts about the steering since day 1. Under full throttle, it turns smooth as silk to the right but I have to really crank on it when turning left. I was told that it was caused by the torque of the motor. What yall think?

Yes, it has hyd steering. It started probably a year ago. Everything works fine but the chirp is kind of annoying. I was just wondering if there was anything I could do. Thanks for the reply!

When I turn the steering wheel to the left , it chirps. It only does it once. If I turn it left right left right, it does it every time to the left. Its so loud, I've had friends at the ramp asking if I had an alarm going off! Any suggestions or thoughts ? (2011 Z7) Thanks!!

I have a 2011 Z7 and the rod and storage compartments smell like exhaust fumes. Does anyone else have this problem??? I was getting a reel out the other day and was gonna re-tie to do a little pond fishing and when I bit the line, it had an oily gas taste...LOL, I'm a terrible bass fisherman...

I put a pro hi-jacker on my z7. all i can say at this moment is that its easy to adjust and levels out easy. my boat ran 63 before and hope to get 66 after i get it tweaked in. maybe then, i can play with some different props to get a little more. i am also open to any suggestions that may help...

i just had a six put on my '11 z7. still tuning it in. i've only raised it a half inch from low set. seems like the six will be enough but not sure yet. i'm new to the boating world, eventhough I have several boating friends, so it's gonna be trial and error for me. will update you on my next move.
