Tony, I had same issue with my Z7Sport. The problem was finally identified. The bunk brackets were to low. I ended up putting aluminum spacers between the front bunk braces and bunks. This raised the bow enough to clear the roller. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Just be aware that I do a Lot of trolling for crappie and spot lock over a lot of brush. Check the classifieds on crappie.com and you may find a used unit. Good luck

Skip- I have a 2011 and love it. Works good for me and the family. I did move the front seat pole to the back to give a little more room for my buddy fishing in the back. Added a set of speakers betwwen the consoles and had a piece of vinyl made that snaps in between the consoles and glass...

I also recently bought a new Z7 and I have never had brakes on the last 6 boats I owned. Boy I never knew what I was missing. Bid change and will never own one without. A must have from now on.
