Use a amp/volt meter to check power at fuse block where fuse is for bilge or check for power where wires go to switch, if power is there then it's the fuse or bad switch, light should come on even if pump is bad. Pump should be wired straight to fuse block no quick disconnect... only way to test...

Not sure you have it fixed but I would change fuel bulb first and go from there, check fuel filter.....
