Have you checked your fuel line and especially the bulb?

Have you checked to see if the water intakes on lower unit are clogged or, partially clogged? It's s/w common.

Sounds as though the repair is the way to go! That warranty for life is 'peace of mind'! You also did every transom check you could have done. Sometimes it just doesn't show itself.

The LED trailer lights are great. I changed to them @ 6 years ago and love 'em! Wouldn't run without them ever again. It was very easy to do myself.

I'd check the water intake to the pressure gauge. It may be a low water pressure signal. Does your water pressure drop when it beeps? The hole on the lower unit forward may be partially obstructed. it can get gunked up.
