New Member With New Used Boat 2002 185 Fs Mercury 150 Xr6

After all you're doing it will be better than new Mike. Those fuel lines and bulb can't be replaced often enough. Very cheap insurance! Your description of the bulb sounds like priority 1! When you change the fuel line, cut the old one open lengthwise and see if there is any peeling/gunk from...

You'll get plenty of good advice here. FYI, I have wade fished those 2 rivers in your area. Sure would love to again. That was some of the most fun I ever had! Shenandoah (north and south).

Mike, you'll get some responses to your question. I know a few guys on here have charts and experience with your dilemma. They'll respond. Since mine was the 175 Sport w/75 hp, I can't help you much. I ran a 23 p prop.

How far is too far for pistol work?

Resurrecting an old thread. Or, perhaps just bored sitting here at 5:30 AM. Yes, I'm reading through old posts (almost 2 years ago for this one). First off, I have had a CCL since Ohio initially began issuing them in 2004. Prior to that I carried for many years (depending on where I needed to...

I've replaced my 2001 model bunks twice ( almost 18 years) with 3rd set still good. I've used 2 x 4's and cut to original lengths. Bought the carpeting and Thompson's water seal. Also bought ss staples and lag screws. Prepped the bunks cut and covered with the carpet (leaving 1 1/2" un-covered...

    2008 Nitro 288 Livewells

Hello Steve. I have a 2001 Nitro 175 Sport F&S, a few years older and smaller than yours. But I think the livewell switch operates the same as yours. The dash switch indeed has 3 settings, center is off, up is continuous fill, down is timer fill ( off and on automatically ). I also (you may too)...

    Hello My Name Is Dumbass!!lol

Sounds as though the repair is the way to go! That warranty for life is 'peace of mind'! You also did every transom check you could have done. Sometimes it just doesn't show itself.

    Hey Whats Up Everybody

The LED trailer lights are great. I changed to them @ 6 years ago and love 'em! Wouldn't run without them ever again. It was very easy to do myself.

Welcome to the forum. Feel free to jump in on any thread you like. This site is all about questions and answers, advice and assisting. We were a very active site some years ago. However, there aren't too many 'active' posters left anymore. I'd like to see some new active members.

    Intermittent Warning Beeps, 2002 Nitro

I'd check the water intake to the pressure gauge. It may be a low water pressure signal. Does your water pressure drop when it beeps? The hole on the lower unit forward may be partially obstructed. it can get gunked up.
