I have a 640LX, same boat like 6" different. No porpoises issues. Just leaving work, will see what hole bolts are in. You could just have a crappy prop that can't keep the bow up, not enough lift. What motor do you have?

I think lower the motor 1 hole. Cav plate 2+ inches above pad seems to high

Removed divider in my 640LX. Will not come out in one piece unless you remove top cap of boat. I cut mine in half with a 3" cutoff disc. Like the livewell better with no divider

Have an 04' 640LX, my recirc pump has quit. Looks like removal of fuel tank is only way to replace pump cartridge. Top of pump is right against bottom of tank. Anyone changed one on this boat?

Your measurements mean nothing. Z6 is a pad hull, you need to forget about cavitation plate. Need to measure center of propsshaft to pad.
